• Order Information is information collected if Customer chooses to order a product or service offered by the Company through the Site. If Customer chooses to order a Company Product or Service by submitting the online form available on the Site, the Company collects information necessary to deliver the Company Product or Company Service Customer has requested, including name, spouse's name if applicable, representing a business - the business name and title, the address where the Company Service will be established or Company Products delivered, mailing address, work and other telephone numbers where Customer can be reached, email address, and information relating to the Company Service features in which Customer is interested. No personal financial information (such as accounts, credit card numbers) is requested from Customer through the online service request form.
• Contact Information is information collected by the Company when Customer contacts the Company through a "Contact Us" or email link available through the Site. If Customer wishes to contact the Company through the Site, there is at least one of the following options available for such Contact on each of the Sites subject to this Policy: 1. The Company either collects name, email address and telephone number, as well as any question or comments submitted through an online form available at the "Contact Us" page; or 2. The Company collects the information supplied when Customer emails the Company through the link available at the "Contact Us" page, which would include at a minimum, email address and any questions or comments submitted.
• Support Information is information collected when Customer contacts the Company for technical support through the "Tech Support" page. If Customer wishes to request technical support through the internet, the Company collects the information supplied in the email communication, which would include at a minimum, email address and any technical support questions.
• The IP address used to connect Customer 'scomputer to the Internet is collected by the Company when Customer visits the Site. All Information collected, aside from IP address, is voluntarily submitted at Customer's option and only must be supplied by Customer if he/she choose to order a Company Product or Service online or otherwise contact the Company online. The Site lists other methods for ordering services and contacting the Company.
- Internal Marketing Purposes. No personally identifying information that collected through the Site is shared with any party outside of the Company that is the site owner of the Site through which Customer accessed this Policy. Customer 's information will only be used by the Company to notify of promotions or local events in which Customer may be interested.
- Order Information. Currently, the Company only uses Customer's Order Information for purposes of setting up the account(s) (whether it be internet, telephone, etc.) and billing Customer for the Company Products or Services requested. However, Customer's Order Information may be used for the Internal Marketing Purposes described above.
- Contact and Support Information. Currently, Your Contact Information and Support Information is only used for purposes of responding to the questions or comments submitted. However, Customer's Contact Information or Support Information may be used for the Internal Marketing Purposes described above.
- IP Information. Your Internet Protocol address information is used for internal Company business planning purposes, particularly for purposes of better designing the Site.
If Customer clicks on a link and leave the Site, whether through link or visiting another web site framed within the Site, Customer is subject to the privacy policies of these third parties. The Company does not have responsibility for or access to the information collected by these third parties. If Customer clicks on a link and leave the Site to visit the web site of one of the Company Affiliates that is not covered by this Privacy Policy, whether through a link or a framed site within the Site, Customer is subject to the Privacy Policy of the Site of that Affiliate.
Because Customer does not submit any personal financial information and because any personal information he/she provides is voluntary, the Site does not currently employ any encryption or other security methods with respect to the transmission of Customer's personal information. There are measures in place to protect his/her personal information once it reaches the Company.
If Customer needs to change or update Your Order Information or Contact Information, it can be done by emailing the Company through the email link provided on the "Contact Us" page of the Site.
The Companies reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If any substantial changes are made, Customer will be notified via the posting of a prominent announcement at the home page of all affected Sites. For other information or questions regarding changing information that the Company has about Customer, please contact the Company through the email link on the "Contact Us" page of this Site.
