Our internet went out in the evening and the man that helped us over the phone was incredibly kind and helpful! We got our internet up and running that same evening after business hours, and had a follow up call to make sure everything was fine. Thankful for great service and helpful people!

Wonderful service, great internet. It is the one thing i never worry about messing up at home or at work. The techs are great as well, very fast and efficient. The office staff in Kiowa is friendly and knowledgeable.(i never go to Medicine but I bet they are great!) super glad to have a local branch in town!

The best wifi for a small town !! I just moved into a new house and had to have my service transferred over, not only did they do that, but got me a new router, and was informed of the newer fiber optic cable that emits faster, better wifi than I had in my apartment. I ran a test through my SCTelcom app and with a whopping ping of 3??!!!?? For a gamer, that is insane compared to 60 ping. EXTREMELY fast. People pay to move places with ping that low. Just saying, this wifi company is WORTH the investment for high speed internet! And it’s reliable!

Nothing but praise for the staff of SCTelecom. Our transition to using their services has been flawless. Great communication from every employee we have spoke too!

The whole process, from the first call to their sales department to the techs who came out to do the final installation and router hookup was smooth and easy. Everyone one has been professional and helpful. The speed and service is so much better than the line of sight service we used to have. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very good company to deal with I've had a couple issues with the Internet come to find out it was the cats that caused the problem.
