Customer Experience Specialist (CXS)
This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include handling everything from basic customer services, to technical questions about our products and equipment, addressing billing issues, promoting and selling new products and services, and creating conversations that place our customers at the center of our business. Support customers by providing helpful information and answering questions to improve the customer experience. This position is located in Pratt, Kansas.
Business Solutions Partner
Seeking a motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Business Solutions Partner to grow our presence in Pratt and surrounding communities. This role focuses on selling SC’s suite of business internet and phone services to new and existing business customers. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for helping local businesses, and experience in B2B sales. This position will carry a quota and have a base/commission structure. The representative will travel throughout the territory 3-4 days per week, meeting customers face-to-face. When not traveling, the outside sales representative will work from the Pratt office location.
