Annual Meeting

Kiowa Members:

The term of your current representative on the South Central Telephone Association’s Board of Directors will expire at the annual meeting on April, 24, 2026. As prescribed by Bylaws of South Central Telephone Association, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following nominee for the position of Director in the Kiowa district:  Joel Forester. According to the Bylaws of South Central Telephone Association, if no other nominee is presented by petition by 5:00 p.m. on April 4, 2026, this nominee will be elected by acclamation at the annual meeting. No additional ballot will be presented to the membership. Lake City/Sun City Members:

The term of your current representative on the South Central Telephone Association’s Board of Directors will expire at the annual meeting on April, 24, 2026. As prescribed by Bylaws of South Central Telephone Association, the Nominating Committee has submitted the following nominee for the position of Director in the Lake City/Sun City district:  Joshua Buck. According to the Bylaws of South Central Telephone Association, if no other nominee is presented by petition by 5:00 p.m. on April 4, 2026, this nominee will be elected by acclamation at the annual meeting.
