THE CHALLENGE. Daydrinker’s Café is a startup Coffee Shop with so much more to offer than just coffee! Teri put her heart, sole, and a large investment into this family owed and ran business. She was on the hunt for a like-minded broadband company to support her needs. With a point-of-sale system and a line of caffeine deprived customers, Teri wants to make sure she never has any downtime! When her customers are there, she wants them to stay awhile. With internet obsessed teens, that means offering free Wi-Fi is a must.
THE POWER OF PARTNERSHIP. SCTelcom worked with Teri to set up her network resilience. If there was ever an internet outage, or fiber cut in the area, Daydrinker’s Café would run as usual because their connection would automatically switch over to the LTE service on her phone. This means, no downtime! Keeping customers coming back and staying for breakfast (and maybe through lunch) is easy to do now that Daydrinker’s offers their guests free Wi-Fi separate from the network running the point of sale.
